Superstar Publican/Venue Manager | Springwood Hotel
Lead a major transformation at the newly reimagined Springwood Hotel. The Springwood Hotel is in the middle of a massive transformation, and we’re searching for a standout, Publican to take the reins during this exciting rebuild and lead the venue into its next chapter.
With renovations currently underway across the entire site, including a brand-new sports bar, upgraded accommodation, five refreshed bars, full rebrand, and a 200-seat restaurant. This is a rare opportunity to shape a flagship venue before the doors even fully reopen.
We’re on the hunt for a REAL Publican : someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and knows how to unite locals through unforgettable pub experiences.
A day in the life of a Publican:- Steer a venue actively transitioning through major renovations
- Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-department team across bars, restaurant, gaming, and accommodation
- Collaborate with project teams, trades, and ALH leaders to prepare for launch
- Drive guest experiences that build loyalty from day one of reopening
- Own venue performance, standards, and culture in a complex, multi-outlet operation
- Be on the floor, connect with locals, and set the tone for the new Springwood Hotel
You know if this is the role for you. You have the experience, presence, and pride it takes to own a pub like it’s been yours forever . You’re not just managing a venue, you’re living the Publican life .
You hold all current industry qualifications as required by state regulations, including:
- RSA / RSG
- RMLV
- Approved Manager
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
