Qualifications- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Confidence in managing kitchen operations when the Head Chef is away.
- Ability to lead, train, and support kitchen staff.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Creativity with menu development and specials.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
