We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Sous Chef with a passion for food and quality. In this role, you’ll support the Head Chef and Store Manager by keeping the kitchen running smoothly — from prepping ingredients and maintaining food standards to helping with stock and ensuring service is fast and consistent. You’ll be in the thick of it, making sure everything behind the grill flows the way it should.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef and crew in serving customers.
- Prepping and managing ingredients to keep service quick and consistent.
- Cooking across grill, fryer, and prep stations.
- Maintaining food quality, presentation, and portion control at all times.
- Ensuring kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and OH&S standards are met.
- Assisting with stock rotation and general kitchen organisation.
- Jumping in wherever needed — from prep bench to fryer to serving customers — you’ll be hands‑on all the way.
