Lucette is our new French bistro on Bowral’s High Street, in the heart of the Southern Highlands, just 90 minutes from Sydney. We’ve opened strong and we’re now looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident and calm during a busy service and ready to be part of a young team with momentum. You will work alongside our Executive Chef, Guillaume Dubois (ex Head Chef of two hatted Monopole, Sydney).
