About the RolesWe currently have multiple opportunities for Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie .
As a Sous Chef , you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead and inspire the team, ensure smooth service, maintain high standards, and contribute to menu development.
As a Chef de Partie , you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistent quality, efficiency, and creativity during service.
Both roles are hands-on and crucial to the success of our kitchen.
What We’re Looking For- Previous experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or CDP) within a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and a passion for seasonal produce (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and attention to detail
- A positive attitude, strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
