What is the role?We are currently looking for experienced Sous Chef’s & Head Chef’s to lead our kitchen teams to deliver exceptional customer experience through food.
Your responsibilities will include:- Leading and training kitchen team members.
- Managing daily food preparation and service.
- Maintaining expected quality of food.
- Monitoring food safety requirements.
- Day to day operation of a busy kitchen.
- Ensure efficiency, quality and time management.
- Ordering, stock control and budgets.
- Assist with menu development.
- Minimum of 5 years in a Sous Chef or higher role.
- Ability to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday including weekends, nights and public holidays.
- Proven experience with mentoring and training kitchen staff to improve their skills.
- The ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with great problem‑solving skills.
- Great teamwork and communication skills.
- Must reside and hold a valid working visa in Australia.
