You’ll work alongside the Head chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. The venue is a busy and vibrant venue that serves bistro style food plus a full menu. This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team.
About you- Trade qualified with three or more years’ experience
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Experience in quality à la carte dining
- Keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
