We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Tonka and to contribute and grow our carefully curated beverage selection. Our award‑winning list is considered and matched to our venue’s culinary offerings. It is built on the foundation of a local and international selection of wines, beers, aperitifs and spirits.
We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional who will inspire and guide both customers and staff.
What we’re looking for- Proven experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- An understanding of POS stocktake systems (Impos) would be favourable, but not critical
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests and staff
- A proactive attitude and desire to grow with a professional team
- Strong section waiter skills
- A love for great food and wine
- Work with an inspiring team and diverse wine list
