An experienced Sommelier with strong English skills to work closely with a team of wine experts to enhance our guests’ dining experiences through beverage service. The role involves engaging with guests, offering high‑quality recommendations, and showcasing an extensive knowledge of wines.
Our Requirements- Experience: Experience as a sommelier in a premium dining environment.
- Knowledge: Extensive understanding of international wines, spirits and beers.
- Certification: WSET Level 2 or CMS certification is preferred.
- Guest Engagement: Confident, professional communicator with strong English skills and a natural ability to engage guests and deliver personalised wine recommendations.
- Team Player: Works effectively with restaurant staff to deliver seamless and high‑quality wine service, contributing to a cohesive and outstanding dining experience.
