Senior Pastry Chef

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Pastry Chef to lead all baked goods and dessert innovation across our Venues, working out of our Wanneroo kitchen.

This is a senior creative and operational role responsible for building, managing and elevating our dessert offering. The successful candidate will combine technical excellence with commercial awareness, trend-driven creativity, and strong leadership skills.

From concept and product development to production systems, team leadership, cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation and development of all baked goods and dessert menus

Design trend-forward, visually striking, commercially viable dessert and pastry ranges

Monitor dessert trends, customer demand and competitor activity to keep our offering fresh and market-leading

Develop seasonal menus, signature items, event-based features and promotional products

Maintain brand alignment

Assist our Executive Chef to design and cost catering menus for corporate events, functions, private events and large-scale productions

Oversee execution of all catering orders from planning through to delivery

Proven experience as a Senior Pastry Chef in a high-volume, premium environment

Strong catering experience

A genuine passion for dessert innovation, food styling and visual presentation

Excellent organisational, communication and planning skills
