The Role: What You’ll Be Doing- Expert Batch Baking: Execute high-volume, quality‑controlled baking of our full product range, including cakes, cookies, and slices.
- Artisan Decoration: Apply skilled and consistent decoration techniques to all sweet products, ensuring premium presentation.
- Lead and Train: Act as a key leader on the production floor, mentoring and supporting junior staff on methods, recipe execution, and efficient equipment use.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to recipes, HACCP, and exceptional kitchen hygiene standards.
- Daytime Hours: Work within a well‑equipped, professional kitchen located in Richmond.
- Shift Options (5‑Day Week): Choose either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.

- Minimum five years’ experience as a Pastry Chef or dedicated Cake Baker.
- Formal certification in Baking, Patisserie, or a related field (essential).

- High proficiency in commercial batch baking for wholesale production.
- Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and organisational skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and HACCP standards.
