The RoleWe're after chef-driven professionals with minimum 5 years' experience in fast-paced, high-end kitchen operations. You'll take charge of the pass, design standout menus, and lead teams across a range of venues—from luxury hotels to large-scale events.
What You'll Do- Own your station and drive seamless service
- Create and execute menus that excite
- Maintain food safety standards—HACCP and beyond
- Mentor and uplift junior cooks
- Adjust to settings from fine-dining to event production
- 5+ years in senior chef roles (Sous / Head Chef or equivalent in high-volume/fine-dining)
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Qualifications (Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
- Australian working rights
