To be successful in this exciting position we require the following:
- Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery.
- Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times.
- Ability to manage a given section during service periods.
- Experience in a high‑paced, fine dining environment.
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine.
- Hold a current RSA.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Available to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to develop relationships with a wide range of clients.
- Be highly organised with the ability to think on your feet.
The successful applicant will be offered pay of $27.83 to $48.70 per hour (depending on day of the week and experience level) + tips as well as generous dining discounts across the group.
