- Position : Sales Manager (Kitchen Equipment) – Up to $5,000 basic + Commission
- Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Commission + Transport Allowance $700 + Mobile Claimable up to $100 + Variable Bonus + 14-18 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy to meet revenue/growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a sales team to maximise performance.
- Identify and develop new business (local/regional); build relationships with restaurant/catering/foodservice clients.
- Manage customer relationships and handle escalations (pre- and post-sales).
- Track market trends/competitors; provide market feedback internally.
- Lead pricing/negotiations and contract management to protect margins.
- Report and analyse sales performance; drive improvements.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of kitchen equipment solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business/Sales/Marketing (or related) with at least 3-5 years of sales experience in commercial kitchen equipment or related (foodservice/hospitality/equipment sales).
- MS Office proficiency; able to read technical drawings/layouts.
- Proven leadership and strong stakeholder management skills.
