Job DescriptionReporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you are an integral player in the store's performance and directly impact its success. What we need from you is the desire to learn and grow in your new role and beyond. This role is positioned to quickly springboard the right person into one of many elevated positions within the company.
This is a hands‑on position that requires you to roll up your sleeves and get on with it. Providing guidance and leadership are key functions of these positions, as is making connections with our customers and the team.
We'll provide you with the tools to smoothly operate the restaurant, allowing time to develop your skills. We have opened multiple locations and the team is expanding. We expect that you develop your skills and grow within our group to your highest ability.
About You- Great attitude and the need to have fun
- Ability to motivate large, diverse teams
- Proven mentoring and leadership skills
- A minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Relevant Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is required
- Willingness to learn and be developed as a manager
- Understanding of regulatory compliance across food & beverage
- High-level customer service, capable of turning a negative into a positive
