Restaurant Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including staff management, menu selection, inventory control, and customer service. The position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month .
Job Description:
Manage daily restaurant operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, handle inquiries and complaints, supervise meal preparation ensuring quality and compliance with health regulations, develop strategies to increase sales and profitability, monitor inventory levels, train and evaluate staff, and oversee cash procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in restaurant management or related field (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and staff motivation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (asset)
Salary:
1500 AED per month
