About the RoleWe’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and multi‑skilled Restaurant manager to join our dynamic team. You'll be the face of our restaurant, working across multiple service areas — including barista, cocktail, and food service — to ensure our guests enjoy consistently high‑quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Accurately operate tills, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures
- Prepare and serve high‑quality espresso‑based coffee as a skilled barista
- Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails following standard recipes
- Take and deliver customer orders efficiently across bar and barista stations
- Assist with pizza preparation by cutting orders quickly and neatly
- Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions
- Maintain a clean, organised bar and service area
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth operations
- Previous experience in bar attendant role is preferred
- Confidence working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and switch between roles as needed
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Must have a valid RSA certificate
