About the Manager roleAs a Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our high brand standards, customer promises and quality and safety standards. You will lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel‑good customer experiences through every interaction. You will use your strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down while improving the customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality and safety.
• Manage sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
• Lead, coach and support the crew to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Translate direction into action, championing continuous improvement and a positive culture.Qualifications & Experience
• Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
