Noodle Forum is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about leading high-performing teams and creating outstanding dining experiences. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in restaurant operations, team management, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily service operations across front-of-house, kitchen, and takeaway.
- Lead staff rostering, training, supervision, and performance management.
- Collaborate with chefs on menu development, presentation, and quality control.
- Build strong customer relationships and tailor service to guest expectations.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, inventory, and supplier coordination.
- Maintain high service standards and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational regulations.
- Experienced hospitality professional with 3+ years in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supporting both FOH and kitchen teams.
- Warm, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service with excellent personal presentation.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong team and client relationships.
- Skilled in administration and proficient with computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to work independently.
- Passionate about food, current hospitality trends, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of food safety and OH&S requirements.
- Understanding of Asian noodles and Asian cuisine is highly advantageous.
- Availability to work public holidays and long weekends, with responsibility for opening and closing as part of the roster.
