About the roleMitchelton Wines' is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Nagambie, Victoria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our acclaimed on-site restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the continued success of our hospitality offering.
What you'll be doing- Manage all restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated hospitality professionals
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and dining experiences
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement innovative menu concepts
- Maintain and enhance the restaurant's reputation through effective marketing and promotion
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong operational and financial management expertise
