Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant management experience is required, with preference for candidates who have experience in managing restaurants in fine or casual dining establishments.
This position is open to candidates of any work status, including Australian citizens, permanent residents, and international candidates requiring sponsorship, with 482 visa support available for eligible applicants.
Relocation to Moss Vale is mandatory for this role, as the successful candidate must be comfortable living and working in a rural community whilst enjoying a slower pace and genuine connections.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team with professionalism and warmth
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, reservations, and guest experience
- Support menu planning, wine selection, and special events
- Manage budgets, rostering, and supplier relationships
- Maintain the high standards that make SANT ALBA a regional destination
- Experienced in managing restaurants, preferably with a background in fine or casual dining
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for Italian food, wine, and culture
- Comfortable living and working in a rural community— enjoying a slower pace and genuine connections
- Fluent in English (Italian language a plus)
