- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
- Expected salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong food and wine knowledge
- Comfortable performing opening & closing procedures
- NSW RSA
- Ability to support in restaurant operations, ordering, stock take and roasters
- Well‑presented with strong communication skills
