The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, cellar door, and functions centre. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead a passionate team to deliver consistently professional, efficient, and personalised service that reflects our premium brand.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of restaurant and cellar door operations to achieve profitability while maintaining luxury standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Oversee reservations, POS systems, stock control, and end-of-shift cash-ups.
- Drive high service standards and ensure compliance with opening and closing procedures.
- Support event and function execution to exceed guest expectations.
- Monitor labour costs and operational budgets.
- Collaborate with senior management on business objectives and risk management.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Current RSA certification.
- Permanent residency or Australian citizenship.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Hands‑on, energetic, and committed to excellence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi‑task.
- Professional, courteous, and safety conscious.
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per annum (including superannuation), commensurate with experience.
