We are looking for Managers right now!
As a Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our high brand standards, customer promises, and quality and safety standards, all whilst delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food.
- Create feel‑good customer experiences through every interaction.
- Use strong business acumen and continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down.
- Maintain high standards for sales, food cost, labour spend, and other controllable expenses.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
- Expert multi‑tasker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Calculated ability to lead, inspire and support the crew to be at their best every day.
- Committed to continuous improvement while championing the customer experience.
