Are you a passionate and experienced restaurant manager with a flair for delivering exceptional service in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere? We seeking two talented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Restaurant Managers. If you have 2-3 years of managerial experience and a passion for Mexican cuisine, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
- Implement and uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and providing swift resolution of any customer concern.
- Manage reservations and troubleshoot issues, escalating when necessary.
- Train and supervise a team of dedicated personnel, offering guidance and nurturing a positive work environment for optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Assign tasks, coordinate staff rosters and maintain smooth daily operations through adept team management.
- Contribute to execution of marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of the food and beverage menu, to best recommend options for customers and train personnel.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the unwavering quality of our authentic Mexican cuisine.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders and manage expenses to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety regulations to uphold a secure and welcoming environment.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a restaurant management role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and a passion for delivering an authentic dining experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the management and front-of-house teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Dependable and reliable
- Familiarity with Melbourne's hospitality industry is a plus!
