At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As the Restaurant Manager at GYG , you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
• Previous success in meeting KPI’s
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
