We are a multi‑site GYG franchise group looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our high‑performing restaurants.
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, developing a high‑performing team, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Leading, coaching and inspiring a high‑performing team.
- Managing daily operations with energy and precision.
- Delivering consistent food quality and speed of service.
- Driving sales, controlling costs, and achieving KPIs.
- Creating a positive, fun, and inclusive team culture.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, people safety, and brand standards.
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality, QSR or retail.
- Passion for people, food, and creating great experiences.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
