Occupation: Restaurant Manager
Salary: $76,000 - $95,000.00 plus super

Location: Ballarat Central VIC 3350
Hours: Full time - 38 hours per week
Experience Required: Qualifications + min 1 year in relevant role.

Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates.

Venues: Roy Hammond (Spirit and wine bar with an Asian influenced menu, and warm atmosphere), Hop Temple (Featuring over 200 craft beers we boast the largest and best craft beer range in Victoria), Aunty Jacks (A brewpub situated in the heart of the CBD; Aunty Jacks’ menus offer all the classics plus a wide selection of our own creations).

Duties:

• Hiring and training new staff
• Office and admin duties including financials
• Stock and ordering
• Shift management
• Reporting to owners/directors
