Ford Street Enoteca is a vibrant wine bar and restaurant located in the heart of Beechworth, known for its seasonal menu, warm hospitality, and strong ties to the local wine community. We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our small, skilled team and help us continue delivering exceptional service and memorable dining experiences.
About the RoleAs Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating rosters for a well-established and experienced front‑of‑house team
- Liaising with local wineries to curate wine offerings and build strong partnerships
- Planning and executing events, tastings, and seasonal celebrations
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in hospitality management or wanting to take the next step
- Is confident, organized, and a natural leader
- Is passionate about food, wine, and regional producers
- Thrives in a collaborative, community‑focused environment
This is a salaried position with consistent hours from Tuesday to Saturday starting at 3pm, plus Saturday lunch service.
