What You’ll Do- Keep the restaurant running smoothly day‑to‑day
- Lead, train, and supervise the team (assistant manager, crew, casual staff).
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Ensure compliance with franchise standards, food safety, and Australian regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- Monitor daily financial performance, including sales, cash handling, and reporting.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies as directed by the franchise.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and a positive work environment
- Jump in wherever needed— because teamwork makes the tacos work
- Experience leading a team (restaurant or fast‑food management)
- Strong communication skills and a knack for problem‑solving
