We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role and be open to considering immigrants.
As the Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily restaurant operations, hiring and training staff, creating schedules, managing inventory, and controlling costs. You will ensure customer service standards are consistently met, maintain sales and expense records, and handle customer complaints and suggestions.
The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, be capable of working under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues are essential. Experience in customer service is desirable but not mandatory.
