Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory control, and sales and marketing. Ensuring customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability are key responsibilities. The Manager is ultimately responsible for the restaurant's success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and train staff to ensure quality service
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues promptly
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints effectively
- Manage inventory and supply orders
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Prepare budgets and financial reports
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field (preferred)
- Over 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
This position offers a salary of 1600 AED.
