Overview
ROTATING EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST
Area: Abu Dhabi (Al Dabb'iya). Agreement period: 4 weeks (2 weeks workshop + 2 weeks on site). Beginning day: ASAP. Working timetable: 10 hours per day / 6 days per week.
Responsibilities
- To organise the work of mechanical group
- To prepare the thorough procedures to be realised on turning devices according to the treatment preparation
- To bring out or pass on preventative and corrective maintenance procedures on turning tools according to the intervention preparation
- To step in immediately on mechanical issues in order to minimise manufacturing scarcities
- To prepare the turning devices for upkeep works
- To make sure proper follow-up of the mechanical tools by regular check outs as well as readings interpretation
- To issue intervention reports in the CMMS
- To adhere to service providers function and get involved in installation commissioning
- To interpret analyses and see results and report promptly any kind of modification of Website rotating tools standing
- To evaluate the workers placed under his obligation
- To join the training of mechanical service technician staff
- To daily report the implemented jobs
- To weekly record to his Manager
