Recruitment Consultant - Hospitality

About the Role

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with both clients and candidates to deliver exceptional service. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, sourcing top hospitality professionals, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle; from sourcing to placement
• Screening applications and conducting interviews (phone, video, or face-to-face)
• Completing reference checks and ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements
• Maintaining accurate records and candidate documentation
• Proactively identifying new business opportunities within the hospitality industry

About You

You are a self-starter with a positive attitude, great energy, and a genuine passion for people. You will bring initiative, resilience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

To succeed, you will need:

• Previous experience in recruitment (hospitality experience highly regarded)
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confidence using MS Office and an eagerness to learn new systems
• A proactive, team oriented mindset with a desire to grow and succeed
