This is your chance to step into a visible, end‑to‑end role with senior mentors who are still hands‑on. You’ll have space to shape strategic direction and work on projects that span everything from brand positioning to influence planning.
What You’ll Be Doing- Running a range of quant‑led projects, from tracking to strategic ad‑hoc (with room to flex into qualitative).
- Designing surveys, managing suppliers, and coordinating fieldwork.
- Deep diving into data analysis and leading strategic, story‑driven reporting.
- Working across sectors such as higher education, environment, aged care, tech, media, and financial services.
- Owning smaller studies end‑to‑end and contributing to co‑creation workshops and systems‑based thinking.
- Building strong relationships with clients and collaborating closely with a tight‑knit senior team.
- Have 2‑4+ years of experience in quantitative research (agency or client‑side).
- Are confident in quantitative research, with solid analytical and project management skills.
- Want more autonomy, influence, and the ability to work across brand, communications, strategy, and innovation.
- Are curious, collaborative, and open to stepping beyond traditional approaches.
- Believe in the power of good ethics, co‑creation, and human‑centred research.
