As we gear up for a busy period across Port Douglas, we're expanding our hospitality team for a range of temp assignments over the coming months.

We're seeking experienced hospitality professionals who enjoy flexible work, great venues, and the chance to be part of a supportive, energetic team. Locals are strongly encouraged to apply, and backpackers with availability until February 2026 are welcome.

Overview

We supply casual staff to hotels, resorts, restaurants, pubs, cafés, events, and catering companies throughout the Port Douglas region.

What We Are Looking For

• Food & Beverage Attendants

• Baristas

• Bartenders

• Chefs (all levels) & Cooks

• Kitchen Hands & Catering Assistants

• Room Attendants / Housekeepers

Key Competencies

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience in functions & events

• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable

• Current driver's licence + own transport advantageous

• Physically fit and able to work on your feet

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Good understanding of workplace safety

Essential Tickets & Qualifications

• FOH staff: Current QLD RSA + Food Handler's Certificate

• Kitchen staff: Food Handler's Certificate

• Chefs: Relevant trade qualification
