Job Description

The People Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on partner to the operations leadership in their allocated region, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives. This role supports operations by providing guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and performance management while also engaging in people projects relevant to their region. The People Business Partner will collaborate closely with State Managers and Culinary Operations Coaches (Area Managers) to drive a positive culture, enhance employee engagement, and optimize operational performance.

What are the essential qualifications & experience?

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Psychology or related subject.
• Proven experience, at least 4 years, in a Human Resources Business Partnering role within a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced understanding of Australian employment law, award interpretation and disciplinary management.
