Job DescriptionConiston Bakery are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Pastry Chef to join their team in Coniston NSW. The successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:
- Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough and pastry ingredients
- Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent
- Various baking techniques and methods
- Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule
- Stock management and ordering
- Cleaning and equipment upkeep adhering to sanitation and safety regulations
- Ideally have a Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant field
- Ability to work in a team environment
- OH&S awareness
- Food handling and RSA certificates
Salary range is $70,000-$85,000 pa commensurate with experience.
