Requirements- 2+ years experience as a pastry chef in a professional environment.
- Great team player.
- Strong eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Passion for food, innovation, and creativity.
- Proficient cake decorating skills, including wedding cakes (buttercream, fondant not required).
- Bake and finish brownies, cookies, cupcakes, slices, make doughnuts, breads, sandwiches, wraps, salads, etc.
- Make buttercreams, ganaches, fillings, etc.
- Ensure all products are consistently high‑quality, visually appealing, and finished to perfection.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and customer orders while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef and/or Cake Decorator in a bakery or similar setting.
- Strong artistic ability and a passion for innovative, trend‑driven cake designs.
- Skilled in buttercream piping, fondant work, sculpting, and other advanced decorating techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong time‑management and teamwork skills.
- Salary $65,000–$75,000 per annum + Super.
