Position Includes- Baking & Decorating: high-volume, quality‑controlled batch baking of our full product range (cakes, cookies, slices) efficiently and consistently.
- Guiding: junior staff on production methods, recipe execution, and efficient use of commercial equipment.
- Quality Control: maintain strict adherence to recipes, HACCP, and exceptional kitchen hygiene standards.

We are looking for a highly capable and reliable baking professional.
- 5+ years minimum experience as a Pastry Chef or dedicated Cake Baker.
- Formal Certification in Baking, Patisserie, or a related field is essential.
- Opportunity to lead the kitchen one to two days per week in the Head Chef's absence.
- High proficiency in commercial batch baking for wholesale volume.
- Eye for detail , efficiency, and strong organisational skills.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of kitchen hygiene and HACCP standards.
