Casual/Temporary Pastry Chef

Gelatiamo is hiring a short‑term contract Pastry Chef to develop new gelato recipes in Lindfield, NSW. The role is located 3 minutes walk from Lindfield station and is on‑site only.

Responsibilities

• Create frozen‑stable layers (gels, compotes, sponges, soft ganaches) and refine textures.
• Assist with R&D of new gelato and gelato cake products.
• Work on a flexible 2–3 day project.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant pastry or gelato experience.
• Experience in gelato and gelato cakes.
• Flexible hours available.

Compensation

Competitive day rate.
