Casual/Temporary Pastry Chef
Gelatiamo is hiring a short‑term contract Pastry Chef to develop new gelato recipes in Lindfield, NSW. The role is located 3 minutes walk from Lindfield station and is on‑site only.
Responsibilities- Create frozen‑stable layers (gels, compotes, sponges, soft ganaches) and refine textures.
- Assist with R&D of new gelato and gelato cake products.
- Work on a flexible 2–3 day project.
- 1 year of relevant pastry or gelato experience.
- Experience in gelato and gelato cakes.
- Flexible hours available.
