The OpportunityOur beautiful hotel is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team on a full-time basis. We are seeking a talented and driven individual who is eager to develop their skills in a culinary environment. Someone who has a creative edge, dedication and an overall passion for the industry.
Our successful candidate will have- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Sound culinary/pastry knowledge.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- A team player with strong planning and organisational skills.
- Knowledge and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Strong work ethic.
- Flexibility, as the roster includes weekends and public holidays.
