We offer our signature range of sourdough loaves, along with a strong focus on our pastries, sandwiches, sourdough pizzas as well as some exciting new additions to the range. Along with this our partnership continues with Market Lane to offer some of the best coffee in Melbourne.
Situated in the brand new 65 Dover St. Development, the building comes with some serious staff perks including end of trip facilities complete with showers, bike storage and sauna. However probably the most exciting one is the rooftop garden with breathtaking views overlooking the city and many local landmarks - the perfect place for your lunch break!
We offer the opportunity to work with a great brand, in a daytime only role - no nights! Day-to-day tasks will include preparing, proofing & baking pastries, maintaining daily cleaning schedules as well as assisting with the overall efficiency & organisation of the pastry section - all with top of the line, industry leading equipment!
