Job Description
The Manager, Airline Relations will oversee and supervise export cargo operations, enforce operational work procedures, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. He/she will manage cargo handling equipment and warehouse facilities, provide strategic leadership, cultivate a collaborative team culture, and oversee service level agreements and performance reporting. The role also involves developing new work processes to improve operational efficiency and collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise export cargo operations
- Enforce operational work procedures and adhere to high safety and quality standards
- Monitor and manage cargo handling equipment and warehouse facilities
- Ensure compliance with international and local regulations related to cargo handling
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to team performance
- Establish and cultivate a good team culture focused on safety, quality and operations
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and prepare performance reports
- Develop and implement new work processes to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cargo operations, freight management, or logistics
- Strong knowledge of the air freight industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication skills to interact with external and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
