Reporting to the Director of Engineering, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure routine work and maintenance is completed in a timely manner, and of sound quality.
- Assist other departments within the Hotel to ensure all adhoc maintenance and repair issues (for internal and external guests) are completed.
- Communicate and work with all members of staff to ensure guests requests are catered for.
- Carry out routine maintenance, which includes but is not limited to:
- General maintenance work throughout the hotel complex (guest rooms, guest corridors, lobby area, food and beverage areas, office area, staff area etc)
- General maintenance and cleaning duties around the swimming pool, spa, gym and water features
- General gardening duties
- Assist with window cleaning.
- Assist with project work assigned by department manager.
