About The Role

As a Lifestyle Generalist, you'll be the go‑to expert for our members, helping them get the most out of life. You'll handle a wide range of interesting and often complex requests across:

  • Travel – planning bespoke itineraries and securing unique experiences
  • Retail – sourcing exclusive products or hard‑to‑find items
  • Entertainment – arranging restaurant bookings, event tickets, and unforgettable experiences

Using your research skills, creativity, and excellent communication, you'll deliver tailored solutions that exceed our members' expectations – always within agreed timeframes. You'll also play a key role in sharing knowledge and best practices with your team and across our global business.

Requirements
  • Native‑level business English skills for communication with English‑speaking members
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills; calm and professional under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage tight deadlines
  • Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and committed to high customer service standards
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Experience in luxury service, hospitality, travel, dining, or ticketing is a plus
  • Remote role in Australia; 40‑hour week with day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Remote role based in Melbourne – full‑time, 38 hours per week, with day shifts from Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m.
