Ten Group is the global market leader in lifestyle and concierge services. This remote role is based in Melbourne, Australia. The position is full-time, working 38 hours per week, with day shifts from Monday to Friday, starting from 8:00 am or 9:00 am.
Responsibilities- Be the go-to expert for our members, helping them get the most out of life.
- Handle a wide range of requests across Travel, Retail, and Entertainment.
- Plan bespoke itineraries and secure unique experiences; source exclusive products or hard-to-find items; arrange restaurant bookings, event tickets, and unforgettable experiences.
- Deliver tailored solutions that exceed members’ expectations within agreed timeframes.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team and across the global business.
- Native-level business English skills for communication with English-speaking members.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; calm and professional under pressure.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and manage tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to high customer service standards.
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Experience in luxury service, hospitality, travel, dining, or ticketing is a plus.
- Remote role in Australia; 38 hours per week with day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
