Host Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations of four venues and our production kitchen, across four of our venues, drive financial performance, and lead a high performing team.
About the RoleAs Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across multiple hospitality outlets and the production kitchen. You will lead and develop teams, manage budgets, optimise service quality, and ensure compliance with food safety and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee multi-outlet operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations in our production kitchen
- Lead, roster and develop teams and monitor performance
- Oversee menu planning and food production to ensure consistent quality
- Manage stock levels, wastage and production schedules
- Coordinate training, inductions and ongoing staff development
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company standards
- Assist with cost control, food costings and budgeting
- Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Sound understanding of food safety, HACCP guidelines and operational compliance
- Experience managing costs, stock and kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
- Holds a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Lead and grow within a well-established hospitality group.
