ZSG Kitchen Manager's Responsibilities- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store & kitchen
- Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., financial & rostering
- Supervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experience
- Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards
- Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on
- A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
