Currently, the business is seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the venue and ensure the smooth and efficient running of all hotel services.
- Position: Hotel Manager
- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 plus Superannuation
- Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Plan, organize, and manage the day-to-day operations of accommodation, bistro, bar, and bottle-shop services.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards, and budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff across accommodation, bar, and front-of-house departments.
- Oversee guest relations, ensuring exceptional service quality and prompt resolution of issues.
- Monitor financial performance including budgets, stock control, and expenditure.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including liquor licensing, food safety, and workplace health and safety.
- Promote the hotel through local marketing, partnerships, and event initiatives to increase bookings and patronage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hotel or hospitality management role.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or Business (or equivalent experience).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Excellent financial management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and lead a diverse team.
- Full working rights in Australia are mandatory.
